Suya Spiced chicken

Mashed sweet potatoes and suya spiced chicken. When a meal is this simple yet so satisfying, you can’t help but rave about it.

Organic white sweet potatoes used did not require any additional sugar.

Just a little sinfulness with some smart balance buttery spread.

A pinch of nutmeg, dill and some black pepper. I could eat this anytime , any day. It was that good. Low carb, protein forward, quick to the dinner table. This really is a feel good meal. With the addition of a new born to our crew, simple and quick meals are very essential to our basic survival.

MASH AND CHICKEN

We are focusing on the chicken and potatoes but a side of steamed broccoli should have your “fitfam” coach giving you some accolades.

By now, it is clear that my suya spice blend makes some amazing grilled meats , seafood and even vegetables. This rub , pan roasting and finishing off in the oven makes for one tasty and juicy chicken. Works with any part of the bird.

We love suya, and you’ll ove it too. Try our suya spiced chicken for your next dinner party. Be sure to share with us what else from the afrovitalityeats kitchen you are serving up!
