These fresh herbs are always incorporated in someway in almost every stew/soup and other dishes I prepare. Guilty of wasting some fresh herbs so I figured why not make a big batch and freeze for future use. Super simple and can be used for almost everything; fish, beef , chicken , you name it.

INGREDIENTS

  • 15 garlic cloves (70g)
  • 1/2 large onions (176g)
  • Ginger peeled (35g)
  • Green onions (100g)
  • Leeks (100g)
  • Cilantro (50g)
  • Parsley (50g)
  • 2 small habanero peppers (15g)

INSTRUCTIONS

Blend everything with 1 1/2 cup of water and you’re done. This yields about four cups of the  fresh, beautifully green   aromatic flavors. Go ahead and season up!
