- 4 cups watermelon cubed
- 1 large lemon peeled
- 1/2 cup mint leaves
- 1 inch ginger chunk
Get Recipe Ingredients
Combine all ingredients into a blender starting with the watermelon
Blend into a smoothie, then use a sieve or cheese cloth to strain.
Enjoy over ice or chill for at least an hour before serving.
Substitutes:
Lemon balm for mint
Lime for lemon
Turmeric for ginger
