Equipment

  • Blender , cheesecloth or Sieve or juicer

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups watermelon cubed
  • 1 large lemon peeled
  • 1/2 cup mint leaves
  • 1 inch ginger chunk

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients into a blender starting with the watermelon
  • Blend into a smoothie, then use a sieve or cheese cloth to strain.
  • Enjoy over ice or chill for at least an hour before serving.

Substitutes:
Lemon balm for mint
Lime for lemon
Turmeric for ginger
