Suya Spiced Kale Chips
Crispy baked kale chips seasoned with suya spice and a pinch of salt

- 1 bunch fresh kale leaves
- 1/2 -1 Tbsp ghee oil (or favorite oil)
- a pinch of kosher salt
- 1/2 Tbsp suya spice
Get Recipe Ingredients
Preheat Oven to 300 degrees
Wash Kale leaves and pad dry. Remove large stalk / stem and cut into 2 inch pieces
Drizzle oil to coat, then add in salt and suya spice. Toss well
Place kale pieces in single layer on a baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes until crispy.
