Pineapple Ginger Shots

A refreshing pineapple ginger wellness drink with tropical vibes to enjoy while providing a well needed immune boost.

High Speed Blender
Cheesecloth
- 4 Cups pineapple cubes
- 3/4 Cup sliced ginger
- 1 Cup lemon cubes
- 2-3 Tbsp Raw Honey ( Optional)
Get Recipe Ingredients
Add pineapple chunks into a high speed blender. Then add in lemon and ginger. Blend into a thick smoothie. Add a little water to ease blending if needed.
Transfer into a cheesecloth over a bowl then squeeze out the juice and discard the pulp ( Or reserve for other recipes)
To pasteurize, transfer juice into a sauce pot and heat up to 161 Degrees Fahrenheit. Keep it at this temperature for 15 seconds. Stir in raw honey.
Then cool and chill for at least 1 hour.
