Pineapple Ginger and Turmeric Shot

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups Pineapple chunks
  • 1/2-1 cup ginger peeled and sliced
  • 1/2-1 Tbsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1-2 Tbsp raw honey
  • 1/2 cup of water (if needed)

Instructions
 

  • Combine pineapple , ginger, turmeric (and water if using) into a blender.
  • Blend until smooth. Transfer into a cheese cloth or fine mesh strainer and strain to remove pulp.
  • Add in honey and black pepper and stir well.
  • Enjoy over ice or as is. Can refrigerate or freeze in ice cube trays
