Homemade Peanut Butter
Creamy no stir peanut butter. Just peanuts and a pinch or two of salt. Nothing extra

- 3 cups raw spanish peanuts
- 1-2 pinches of salt

Preheat oven to 300.
Pour peanuts unto a baking sheet in a single layer.
Roast for about 20 minutes until some skins start to peel off, peanuts starts releasing oils and just a little brown appears
Remove from oven, let it cool to touch and transfer into a food processor
Blend until it becomes a thick paste. Add 1-2 pinches of salt and continue to blend into a smoother spreadable consistency.
Transfer into a wide mouth jar and tightly seal . Enjoy
