- 4 slices Sourdough Bread
- 2 5 oz Starkist Chunklight Tuna in water
- 1 Tbsp Vegenaise
- 1/2 tsp dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp horseradish
- 1/2 tsp Essiespice Mango Chili Medley
- 2 Slices Colby Jack Cheese
- 1 Roma Tomato Thinly sliced
- a handful of salad greens
Get Recipe Ingredients
Preheat stove top grill to low medium heat
Open and strain tuna to get rig of excess water. Combine with mustard, chili medley, horseradish and vegenaise and mix well.
To build sandwich, divide tuna mixture equally and spread over bottom slice of bread. Top with cheese, tomato, then salad greens. Close with top piece,
Lightly grease grill with PAM spray. Grill sandwich on each side until crunchy with some slightly charred grilled marks.
Slice and serve with soup of choice.
