Wash and pat dry chicken wings. Add in canola oil and all dried spices. Mix well and marinate for 10-15 minutes.
Preheat Oven to 450
Oil a cast iron skillet ( or any grill pan). Place chicken in single layer. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and skin is crispy
Serve with ripe plantains and your favorite dip.
Plantains
Wash, peel and slice plantains at an angle. Fry until golden brown and transfer to a kitchen towel to drain excess oil. Sprinkle some kosher salt. Serve warm.
Creamy mayo dip
combine, vegenaise, mustard, balsamic and lime juice in a bowl, whisk until creamy. Season to taste with salt. Serve with wings and plantains
