CHERRY TOMATO SALAD
It doesn't get any fresher than this simple and quick cherry tomato salad. Perfect for gatherings and definitely a crowd favorite

- 3 cups cherry tomatoes halved
- 1 Small lime
- 1/4 cup feta cheese
- 1/4 cup cilantro chopped
- 1/4 cup red onions (Julienne cut)
- salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 small hass avocado, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp olive oil (optional)
Get Recipe Ingredients
In a bowl, add tomatoes, onions , cilantro, feta and squeeze in lime juice. Drizzle a little olive oil and toss. Season to taste with salt and black pepper. Then finally add in slice avocado and gently toss. Serve as is or over toasted bread.
