Give your body a boost this season with this simple carrot boost immunity shot. Sweet , tart and packed with lots of anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.

Equipment

  • High Speed Blender (Or juicer)
  • Cheese cloth

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Cups carrots (small chucks)
  • 3 large lemons (Peeled and cut into chunks)
  • 1/4-1/2 Cup Ginger (chunks of ginger)
  • 2 Cups pineapple small cubes
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 3 Cups water

Instructions
 

  • Transfer all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
  • Then, over a clean large bowl, transfer into cheese cloth and wring. Discard pulp or add to compost.
  • Transfer juice into serving containers and refrigerate.
  • Consume within 3 days

Notes

  • If using a juice, add turmeric and black pepper after juicing.
  • Drink can be diluted with water to desired taste.
