- 3 Cups carrots (small chucks)
- 3 large lemons (Peeled and cut into chunks)
- 1/4-1/2 Cup Ginger (chunks of ginger)
- 2 Cups pineapple small cubes
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 3 Cups water
Get Recipe Ingredients
Transfer all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
Then, over a clean large bowl, transfer into cheese cloth and wring. Discard pulp or add to compost.
Transfer juice into serving containers and refrigerate.
Consume within 3 days
- If using a juice, add turmeric and black pepper after juicing.
- Drink can be diluted with water to desired taste.
