Watermelon cubes
( about 1 pound)

Pineapple cubes
1 and 1/2

cubed cucumbers

chunk of ginger

lemon balm
leaves

cup
lemon juice
Instructions
Combine all ingredients into a blender except lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
Place cheesecloth into a good-sized bowl. Transfer blended ingredients into cheesecloth and squeeze out as much juice as you can. Discard pulp
Add in lemon juice, stir and serve over ice or chill for at least 30 minutes until ready to serve.
Consume within 3 days.
