Pineapple Ginger Shots

Equipment

  • High Speed Blender
  • Cheesecloth

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Cups pineapple cubes
  • 3/4 Cup sliced ginger
  • 1 Cup lemon cubes
  • 2-3 Tbsp Raw Honey ( Optional)

Instructions
 

  • Add pineapple chunks into a high speed blender. Then add in lemon and ginger. Blend into a thick smoothie. Add a little water to ease blending if needed.
  • Transfer into a cheesecloth over a bowl then squeeze out the juice and discard the pulp ( Or reserve for other recipes)
  • To pasteurize, transfer juice into a sauce pot and heat up to 161 Degrees Fahrenheit. Keep it at this temperature for 15 seconds. Stir in raw honey.
  • Then cool and chill for at least 1 hour.
