Suya Spiced Kale Chips

Crispy baked kale chips seasoned with suya spice and a pinch of salt

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bunch fresh kale leaves
  • 1/2 -1 Tbsp ghee oil (or favorite oil)
  • a pinch of kosher salt
  • 1/2 Tbsp suya spice

Instructions
 

  • Preheat Oven to 300 degrees
  • Wash Kale leaves and pad dry. Remove large stalk / stem and cut into 2 inch pieces
  • Drizzle oil to coat, then add in salt and suya spice. Toss well
  • Place kale pieces in single layer on a baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes until crispy.
