No stir homemade peanut butter

Homemade Peanut Butter

Creamy no stir peanut butter. Just peanuts and a pinch or two of salt. Nothing extra

Equipment

  • food processor
  • blender

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups raw spanish peanuts
  • 1-2 pinches of salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 300.
  • Pour peanuts unto a baking sheet in a single layer.
  • Roast for about 20 minutes until some skins start to peel off, peanuts starts releasing oils and just a little brown appears
  • Remove from oven, let it cool to touch and transfer into a food processor
  • Blend until it becomes a thick paste. Add 1-2 pinches of salt and continue to blend into a smoother spreadable consistency.
  • Transfer into a wide mouth jar and tightly seal . Enjoy
