This is week three of our summer smoothie series, and this pineapple kiwi kale smoothie is just what I need. I know I keep saying summer smoothie series even though its not officially summer. If 90 degree weather does not mean summer, then i’m not sure what is. Did you get a chance to check out my Pineapple gingerade?
You will love it! And it makes one heck of a smoothie. Worry not if you have not given it a try yet. I forgive you, but you definitely have to try it.
Its a three ingredient smoothie if you have the pineapple gingerade but if you don’t , it’s a five ingredient smoothie. So still a pretty short list and a quick morning smoothie.
Eat your greens they say. Well, we are drinking our greens this morning. And it’s one darn good drink let me tell ya

Pineapple Kiwi Kale smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 large Kale leaf
- 1/2 cup pineapple gingerade (Sub with 1/2 cup pineapple juice, a small chunk of ginger and juice from half a lemon)
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1 small kiwi peeled
Instructions
- Combine everything in a blender or nutribullet and blend until creamy. Enjoy
