- 3 Cups unsweetened almond milk
- 1 & 1/2 Cup Rolled oats
- 2 Scoops Chocolate flavored plant based protein (Used KOS chocolate flavored plant based protein)
- 2 Tbsp Hemp hearts
- 1 Tbsp Cacao powder
- 2 medjool dates
