GREENHOUSE PROTEIN SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS FOR GREENHOUSE POWER SMOOTHIE

  1. Spinach: Rich in vitamins A, C, and K, as well as iron, calcium, and fiber, spinach is the perfect base for green smoothies. Add as much as you’d like handful or more goes a long way to provide nutrients that promote healthy skin, support immunity, and aid in digestion.
  2. Banana: Brings in some natural sweetness and creaminess to our smoothie. They are an excellent source of potassium, which may help regulate blood pressure and other bodily functions. You’re getting a well needed energy boost from these.
  3. Matcha Powder: Rich in antioxidants, Matcha powder, made from finely ground green tea leaves brings in some earthiness and vibrancy to our smoothie. It also adds in a little dose of caffeine, granting that energy boost without the jitters like coffee.
  4. Hemp Protein: An excellent protein source for all dietary preferences, providing a well-balanced and complete amino acid profile to keep you satiated longer. This is what transforms your average smoothie into a meal.
  5. Oat Milk: A dairy-free liquid Base Oat milk that is friendly and delicious for all. Whether you’re vegan, lactose intolerant or have some dairy sensitivities, oat milk is an excellent base for smoothies. Rich in vitamins and minerals like vitamin D and calcium, and a good source of fiber

Ingredients for our greenhouse power smoothie are carefully curated to provide what you need for a balanced light meal, but you have room to do more. Here are a few variations you can try.

More Fruit: If you like your smoothies sweeter, bring in some more fruits for that and also the fiber. Try some oranges, pineapple and mango chunks for that tropical feel.

Nut Butters: Bring in a little more protein and creaminess with your favorite nut butters. Cashew and almond butter are our favorites, but you can also use peanut butter.

Chia seeds: A welcomed boost in omega-3 fatty acid and fiber. To note, this will slightly thicken your smoothie so adjust your liquid base accordingly.

Start or conclude your day with this nutritious greenhouse protein smoothie. With an abundance of vitamins, antioxidants, minerals and more, your whole being will be thankful you made that decision. Here is a HIGH PROTEIN OATMEAL SMOOTHIE you can also enjoy.
