This easy broccoli salad is a crowd pleasing favorite that you can put together with minimal effort. INGREDIENTS FOR BROCCOLI SALAD
- Brocolli: Fresh tender broccoli florets bring in a crisp bite to the salad. Rich in vitamins, fiber, minerals and phytochemicals known for their potential cancer fighting properties.

EASY BROCCOLI SALAD
Equipment
- large bowl
- whisk
- measuring spoons/Cups
Ingredients
- 3 Cups of broccoli, chopped
- 1 cup grated carrots
- 2 cups golden delicious apples cubed
- 1/4 cup craisins
- 1/2 cup red onions
DRESSING
- 1/3 Cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 Cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 Tbsp hibiscus infused vinegar (or any vinegar)
- 2 Tbsp cane sugar (or honey)
- 1.5 Tbsp yellow mustard
- 2 Tbsp honey ginger balsamic vinegar
Instructions
- Combine all salad ingredients into a large bowl. Whisk dressing ingredients until creamy. Pour over salad and toss well.
