This carrot Juice blend combines all our favorites into a refreshing beverage especially this time of the year. The cold season is amongst us and this invigorating juice blend is laden with essential vitamins and minerals to energize and revitalize. The immunity boost we need to sooth cold symptoms.
Naturally sweet with a touch or tartness and kick from green apples, pineapples, lemon and ginger. We have been serving this on Ice, but it can also be enjoyed at room temperature or heated up.
This season, we want all that may naturally boost our immunity. Once every couple of days or so we make a batch with different components. Feel free to substitute and add unto the recommended fruits.
INGREDIENTS FOR CARROT JUICE BLEND
- Carrots: This vibrant colored root vegetables brings in some natural sweetness and earthy undertone to the juice blend. It is rich in beta carotene reserves, a first step to Vitamin A. Helping to boost immunity and maintain a healthy vision. carrots really are the core of vitality.
- Pineapple: Bringing in some sunshine in the middle of winter. Adding a pineapple is a great way to bring in some sweetness and tropical vibe to our juice blend. It is packed with vitamin C, lots of antioxidants to help reduce inflammation and aid in digestion.
- Apples: The crisp sweetness and slight tartness of granny smith apples complements the earthiness of the carrots. It is also a powerhouse for vitamins and anti oxidants that really make this juice blend do rejuvenating.
- Lemon: They bring in some much needed zest and citrus kick to balance the sweetness of the carrots , pineapple and apples. It may help in detoxing, as a digestive aid and also provide an energy boost for seasonal colds.
- Ginger: Ginger adds in spicy warmth and soothing kick to the blend.
We consume our homemade juices within 2-3 days when it is not pasteurized.You can pasteurize at home and consume withing 7 days.

CARROT JUICE BLEND
Equipment
- High-Power Blender
- Cheese cloth
Ingredients
- 4 cups of carrots cubed
- 2 cups of pineapple cubes
- 2 whole medium lemons peeled
- 2 medium green apples
- 1/4 cup sliced ginger
- 2 cups of water
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a high-power blender and blend into a pulp. Strain with a cheese cloth, chill and enjoy.
