Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 CUP fresh pineapple chunks
  • 4 ounces hibiscus tea
  • 2 ounces chilled brut champagne

Instructions
 

  • Mash pineapple chunks in a shaker, then add ice and hibiscus. Stir or shake and pour into serving glassware. Then add chilled champagne. Enjoy
