Morning Beets Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium beet root
  • 1 small lime
  • 1/2 inch ginger chunk
  • 2 cups of water (3 cups for a thiner smoothie)

Instructions
 

  • Wash and chop beets into small chunks. Transfer into a blender. Add in peeled ginger, banana and water. Squeeze in juice from lime and blend until creamy. Enjoy
