Cilantro Lime

Ingredients
  

  • 2 bunches of cilantro
  • 1/2 cup of olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp of salt (or to taste)
  • 1 tsp black peppercorn (or to taste)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • juice from 1 lime

Instructions
 

  • Wash and trim about an inch off cilantro bunch
  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Adjust seasoning. Transfer into storage container of choice (preferably glass). Top with more olive oil and seal for use within a month. Or store in ice cube trays and freeze for at least 4 months.
