Spicy Japanese Sweet Potato Fries Yum
Crispy Japanese sweet potatoes sprinkled with Peri Peri blend salt

Instructions
  1. Wash peel and slice potatoes into thin strips. Submerge peeled potatoes, (while slicing) in an ice bath. Keep fries in ice bath for about an hour. Strain. (pad dry to remove excess water if necessary)
  2. Heat oil enough for frying in a deep fryer or large pot. Fry in small batches (prevents overflow) until golden brown. Drain excess oil on a paper towel. Sprinkle Peri Peri salt and toss. Serve with your favorite dip or ketchup.
