Stove top granola with molasses and pepitas
Instructions
  1. Mix nutmeg with oats and pepitas in a large bowl
  2. In a cast iron pan over medium heat, melt coconut oil with molasses (optional Tbsp honey). Add vanilla , followed by granola and mix well
  3. Continue to cook on low to medium heat, stirring frequently until granola turns golden brown. Remove from heat and transfer to parchment paper to cool. Use in parfaits, oatmeal bowls and more. Or store in airtight mason jars or ziplock bags for future use.
