Is it just me or is a breakfast bagel sandwich just the most delicious thing to start your day with . When simple meets delicious! Bagels are usually my go to when I want to bring something to share at work. Oh and in case you haven’t done so before, try it! such a crowd pleaser. I usually grab a dozen assorted bagels from a local shop right before I hit the road. And if its one of those days when everyone seems to be very enthusiastic about their jobs, ten bagels might survive the traffic. It will be a shame to not enjoy them while they are still warm. If you’ve read my other posts you’ll know by now this is a single serve breakfast because my husband gave up all meats (except for seafood) about 4 years ago. You can definitely double, triple or quadruple the amount depending on the occasion. I call this my gourmet breakfast bagel sandwich because I can easily see myself paying a pretty penny for it if I were to buy it at one of those “fancy” bagel spots.
